To get all assistance from the Government to Revive and Rehabilitate the now closed BGML, its sphere of activities must be restricted to Chikarikunta, Bisanatham & Golconda, 5000 acres of land must be acquired for the establishment of SEZ. ( An High Powered Committee must be formed to co-ordinate with BGML Management,Union Ministry of Mines and the State Govenment ) |

P.H.C’s must be established for a population of every 5000 people both in Rural as well as in Urban. |

| KGF Taluk & its requiremens : |

The Status of Taluk was given during the Chief Ministership of late Shri. J.H. Patelji during the year 1997 wereas the requirements needed for a Taluk was not extended till to date except for appointing a Special Tahsildar hence the following are to be established for consideration of a full fledged Taluk Status. |

| The State Housing Corporation must construct 1000 houses for the State Government Employees, under the Ashraya, Ambedkar & Valmiki Housing Schemes atleast a minimum of 2000 Housing Project must be completed in another two years, there should not be anybody without a permanent shelter. |

CMC is the most worst corrupt and Scandal Full Office, the case which is pending before the Munisff Court will speak volumes about the corrupt practices, the accused person in these scams is the President of the CMC, while there is a case of misapproporation and scams conecting the same person, an interpretation has to be placed before the Advocate General of the Governement of Karnataka, whether such an accused who has exploited the office of the authority and trust imposed has created huge loss tothe Government can continue in office as the Presdent, will there not be tampering of records, in the interest of fariplay equity and justice this matter has to be dealt seriously to uphold the dignity of the office of the C.M.C. |

How many electrict poles are there in the CMC Jurisdiction, whether every electric pole as a street light or not, since the last two terms how many Sodium Vapour / Tube light fittings were puchased, how many are in use and what happened to the unused? a thorough report must be sought from a seperate team through the Lok-Ayuktha or the Directorate of Municipal Administration. |

| General Hospital |
|
| 1. |
Poor standard of drugs are purchased, vitamin based drugs and life saving drugs are procured and not supplied to the patients, Solar Water System purchased for the use of Maternity Section for the patients of Gynacology is being used by the District Surgeon in his quarters. |

Many women who have under gone Family Planning Operation have not got their Pension amount. |
| 3. |
Milk procured for the supply to the patients is being used by doctors. |
| 4. |
Doctors are also practicing privately, the interest shown to patients in their clinics or not shown in the General Hospital to the poor patients. |
| 5. |
A Retd. Lady Doctor is the incharge of the Maternity Section, this Doctor divert the patients to her nursing home to attend delivery cases. |

| Golden Valley Educational Trust |
|
| The present trust is holding the office by hook and cook methods, there is lot of misappropriation and mal administration, the Government of Karnataka must take all necessasry steps to appoint an administrator in view of the various allegation and cases pending before the Honourable Court of Laws |

| Private Nursing Homes |
|
| An enquiry must be conducted by competent authorities whether valid approval is being obtained by the Private Nursing Homes to conduct operations. |
| |
| FOOD AND CIVILSUPPLIES |
|
1000’s of poor people who are below poverty line have not got their BPL Cards, more than 5000 people are still to get their Ration Cards, the undeserving people have obtained BPL Cards, the supply of kerosene per card is 10 liters but the supply is only 7-8 liters, the Fair Price Depots are not opening their Depots as specified by the authorities, they open their depots according to their whims and fancies, harrasement to the card holders by a few Depot Owners.
New Fair Price Depots must be opened all over the constituency in view of increase in the number of card holders and this will also augment to solve the unemployment problem.
All together a "Special Package" should be sought from our Hon’ble Chief Minister to the all round "Socio Economic Development" of Kolar Gold Fields. |
